The one car everyone at the car shows wants to come see. Garage kept and never restored but kept in excellent condition for it’s entire life. Originally purchased by a women in Beverly Hills then sold to my fathers art school instructor. My father bought the car from his instructor in 1947 and drove it daily for twenty years. The original color is not listed on the build ticket form Chrysler but it does show it was shipped by rail to Los Angles, California with wire wheels. It was painted nose to tail in grey by the instructor including the chrome and I still have some of the grey parts such as the radiator cap. My father repainted it green in the 70’s and it still holds a shine. You can hop in and drive it to the show or parade as it starts, runs and drives nicely.
